Johannes’ presentation, titled "Complementing Organizational Security in Data Ecosystems with Technical Guarantees," highlighted the challenges and solutions related to ensuring data integrity and security in collaborative distributed environments by sourcing Trusted Execution Environments. Overall, BuildSEC '24 provided an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, fruitful discussions, and fostering collaborations, which Johannes found very beneficial. He plans to incorporate the feedback and ideas from the discussions into his ongoing research at COMSYS.
Beyond the sessions and keynotes, there was also enough time to explore Delhi and even see the nearby Taj Mahal. Now, Johannes is heading to Aachen to make it back in time for Christmas.
